2009 BCS Standings: Three Top-10 Teams Drop: Oregon, LSU and Iowa were all top-10 BCS team that were handed losses over the weekend. Iowa (10) and LSU (8) remain in the top-10 after their 2nd losses of the season while Iowa drops out of the top-10 with their first loss of the season.  Iowa (10) was beaten by Northwestern 17-10 as -14 college football betting home favorite. LSU was competitive for a half until being exposed in the second half of a 38-7 beating to Alabama as +2 home underdogs. And a week after an upset win over USC Oregon was gouged on the ground by Stanford in a 42-51 loss as -6.5 away underdogs.

Top ranked Florida (1) labored through a 27-3 win over Vanderbilt as -34.5 home favorites in a game where their offense sputtered but defense looked phenomenal. Texas (3) used overmatched UCF as a punching bag in a 35-3 win as -36.5 home favorites. TCU (4) moved up in the rankings after a 55-12 win over hapless  San Diego St. as -24.5 away favorites.

Cincinnati (5) won a shootout with Uconn 47-45 as -15.5 home favorites in a game that exposed holes in their run defense. Boise St. (6) won a closer than expected game against La.
