Boxing News: Mayweather Given Until Friday To Fight Pacquiao: Manny Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum from Top Rank Boxing has issued a Friday deadline for Floyd Mayweather Jr. to sign a contract to fight Pacquiao on November 13th. The first proposed contract in March fell through due to Mayweather’s insistence for Olympic style drug testing up until 24 hours to the fight. Pacquiao initially refused to the testing until weeks before the bout. Pacquiao agreed to the Mayweather’s drug testing demands June 30th and a new contract was sent to the Mayweather camp. If the fight does not come off all bets will be considered no action.
