2010 Final Four Betting Odds Lines & Stats Analysis: One of the first thing our final four predictions staff took note of is how well all of these teams play defense. None of the final four teams allow higher than a 41.5% defensive field goal percentage. Another stat that caught our attention was how bad Duke and West Virginia has crushed their recent opponents. Both of these teams are white hot. The most eye-popping stat however is Michigan State’s rebounding edge on paper against Butler. While we regard Butler as the slightly better rebounding team the numbers on paper indicate that the Spartans should dominate the glass.
