The NBA Picks Experts witnessed a display of how to tear a team down on Thursday evening in Game 1. Now the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Orlando Magic at the renowned Staples Center in downtown Hollywood for a promising NBA Finals Game 2, Sunday, June 7th at 9pm EST.

It most likely promises to have an Orlando Magic team fighting back with the likes of Dwight Howard whose 12 points and 15 rebounds were nowhere close to his 20.6 points per game average. Along with him the cast and back up crew for the Magic got lost on Game 1 allowing Kobe Bryant alone a whopping 40 points.

It would seem that it is Kobe’s time for a fourth title after an upsetting loss last year to the Boston Celtics. This being said his supporting cast also seems to be a lot more focused and ready to play against Orlando’s big man and team. Orlando focused on trying to bring Jameer Nelson into rhythm which may have been one of the reasons for the Lakers 25 point route of the East coast team. Mickael Pietrus was Orlando’s top scorer coming off the bench with 14 points and all together the Magic seemed to run out their luck.

The Magic have promised to come more focused into Sunday’s game 2 and it is a possibility that there will be more of a match, yet at Sportsbook.com, the Los Angeles Lakers list a 6½ point favorite will cover once again if they resort to Nelson once again while Courtney Lee continues to struggle covering Los Angeles’ magician Kobe Bryant.

Spanish Pau Gasol also seems determined to earn his recognition as supporting cast to Kobe. The Spaniard scored 16 points to help the Lakers continue on their third quarter roll of the Magic. Trevor Ariza shut down pretty much with only three points in the game, yet the “Black Mamba” Bryant had Lamar Odom with 11 points and Luke Walton with 9 key points off the bench to end in a 100 to 75 final that seemed a spanking to a shocked Orland Magic team.

Since we are back in Los Angeles my recommendation is take the home favorite at 6½ maybe 6 and play the under 202. Game 2 may be tighter but not high scoring. Play Repeat!
