Terrell Owens Could Go To Either Bengals Or Rams Today: The St. Louis Rams and Cincinnati Bengals appear to be the leading candidates for the T.O sweepstakes according to several reports. The 36-year old Owens is coming a off a disappointing 2009 season with the Buffalo Bills after signing a 1-year $6.5 million dollar contract but he still appears to have some juice left in the tank. Owens’s pal, Bengals WR Ocho Cinco has been lobbying for T.O’s services but the Rams appear to be pursuing the controversial wideout more aggressively than Cincinnati.
 

NFL Picks Analysis: Terrell Owens would upgrade to either the Rams or Bengals receiving corps. In St. Louis Owens would be counted on to be rookie franchise quarterback Sam Bradford’s safety blanket as he adjusts to the speed of the pro game. The Rams receiving corps is very green and Owens could grab 80+ passes in their offense. On the Bengals, Owens would line up opposite of Ocho Cinco to form one of the best starting tandems in the league.
