Washington State 2010 College Football Predictions - 2011 BCS Odds: The Pac-10 conference is wide open for the most part with nine teams legit contenders for the division title and one punching bag name Washington State. The Cougars should be slightly better than last year’s 1-11 squad with some more experience but garnering wins will be a challenge. The best news that our college football picks staff can forecast is for less blowouts than last season.
The 2010 Washington State Cougars 2011 BCS Odds are at +1500 along the rest of the Field at SBGGLOBAL.COM.
College Football Predictions Offense: The offense should improve a point or two from last year’s dismal 12.0 points per game but don’t expect any miracles. With 8 starters returning the O-line, receiving and running back units have more experienced. There good depth at RB but no proven playmakers. Thankfully the QB position is not in terrible shape with sophomore QB Jeff Tuel showing some skills as a Freshman (789, 59%, 6-5).
College Football Predictions Defense: Despite finishing last in the nation in total defense the Cougars defense could actually show some teeth this season. The D-line is thin but have some guys who can play and the LB’s are faster than last year’s group. The secondary should again get burnt with regularity.
Coaching/Special Teams: While head coach Paul Wulff is never going to be considered an elite brain in the headsets he has been on the sidelines for 10 years so at the very least he has experience. Special teams have a good punting game but otherwise are poor.
