A couple of NFC West  teams will be hosting their games as week 4 NFL picks 2011 home underdogs this weekend. The Seattle Seahawk (1-2) will be looking to build off of their first win of the season when they host the Atlanta Falcons (1-2) at Qwest Field on Sunday at 4:00pm ET on FOX. Seattle is coming off a 13-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals (1-2), who are scheduled to host the New York Giants (2-1) at 4:00pm ET as well and will also be broadcast on FOX. The games will be broadcast on the same network, but you will see one game or the other on FOX, depending on where you live. The Seahawks are getting 5.5 points in their matchup against the Falcons, while the Cardinals are getting 1.5 points. The Cardinals have a better shot at pulling of the NFL picks upset over the Giants, but the small football points spread for this game leave very little room for error.

Atlanta has lost both their games on the road and has only managed to score 25 points in those two games. Sure, the competition was better than their week 4 NFL picks opponent, Seattle, but it still shows that Atlanta is struggling away from home. That's bad news when you face a team with one of the strongest home field advantages in football. The Seahawks’ home stadium gets extremely loud and can literally disturb opposing offenses; just ask New Orleans how their playoff experience went in Seattle last year. The Falcons have showed no reason to believe they can win in this environment, which is why I like the Seahawks’ NFL point spreads this week.

As for the team that just lost to the Seahawks in week 3, the Arizona Cardinals are going to have a lot of trouble on Sunday against the G-Men. The Giants’ defense finally showed up in their victory over Philadelphia last week and I am starting to see an identity on this team. New York will now look to pull off another road win in their week 4 NFL picks matchup against the Cardinals and I don’t think this will be a problem for Tom Coughlin’s squad, which currently find themselves tied for first place in the NFC East. Bodog Sportsbook is favoring the Giants side for this game and so am I. I have the Giants winning by a touchdown and heading back home with a 3-1 record, while holding on to a share of the division lead heading into a three-game home-stand.
