If game 1 of this Western Conference Finals was any indication, we are in for a wild one, as the Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Lakers went down to the wire in the opener.

In what became a nail-biter in the closing minutes, LA was able to protect home court, as Denver failed to do the little things necessary to win a playoff game.

The opening tipoff for game 2 is scheduled for a little bit after 9 PM ET (6 PM PT) and ESPN will broadcast it nationwide in crystal clear high definition.

If the Lakers can establish any kind of presence down low they should be ok in this one, but they do need to start initiating the triangle from inside-out.
